One of the keycaps on my Tau has gone mysteriously missing. I just noticed it this morning, and spend a couple hours going over the floor carefully looking for it. No dice.

Is it possible to order a replacement keycap? Couldn’t find anything on the site.

Can someone remind me how to change the scales attached to the scale talker in the factory setup now that the EigenBrowser doesn’t work. Ideally I’d like to pick from the named list, rather than have to figure out the semitone ofssets.

The Global Scale Talker refers to a set of variables which I’m assuming are related? The Scale Manager displays a single scale name, but changing this doesn’t seem to have any effect.

I want my Eigenharp Pico to play the piccolo. So I’ve researched online for soundfonts to load into the sampler. I’ve found some decent fonts, but when loaded to the Eigenharp they’re all controlled by the keys only, and not by the mouthpiece like the clarinet sound built into the Eigenharp. When using the mouthpiece together with the keys, it just create a bit longer sound, but it doesn’t have the same function as the mouthpiece in the clarinet. Is there a way to use the piccolo soundfont I’ve downloaded with the mouthpiece functionality of the clarinet?

Just a thought about using the breath capabilities of our instruments in a possibly helpful way, especially if you can play harmonica?

The technical question to make scales more like harp is:

Can you trigger a different note on the same key by drawing breath in on the breath tube or vocal?

a scale would become:

C. D E F G A B C2

blow draw blow draw blow draw draw blow.

a whole scale with 4 keys. Any thoughts folks?

I’ve been digging around in workbench trying to find a way with little luck

is this possible with bel canto ? or does an agent need to be written for it?

When starting up EigenD in Experimental setup (MIDI basic-mode), the lowest five buttons on the Alpha are lit.

When starting up EigenD in Experimental setup (MIDI basic-mode), the lowest five buttons on the Alpha are lit. The EigenD description says:

“The main keyboard has five orange coloured keys that have been configured as three-dimensional MIDI CC controllers where each axis sends out data to a dedicated CC number.”

It seems to me that the buttons have no specific functions. Nothing happens when I use them. I use this mode to record the alpha in Logic Pro. I´m not dependent of some special function of those buttons, just want to know how to use them.
